The heavy duty shaft sleeve is an enhanced wear protection component designed for severe abrasion conditions in slurry pump applications.
Compared with standard shaft sleeves, this type is engineered with improved structural strength and higher wear resistance to handle more aggressive slurry environments commonly found in mining and mineral processing industries.
It protects the pump shaft from continuous particle erosion and reduces surface damage caused by high-density slurry flow.
By improving wear resistance at the shaft interface, the heavy duty sleeve helps extend maintenance intervals and ensures more stable pump operation under demanding working conditions.
