Longteng Machinery owns a team of around 300 intermediate and senior engineers, technicians, and production people with casting and pump specialty. In Longteng factory, there are workshops of casting, heat treatment, machining, assembling, quality testing etc. We have an advanced and complete line of production and testing equipment with rich experience and ability.

Longteng Machinery have gained certification of ISO 9001:2000, and holds a compelte line for metal lined slurry pumps, like casting workshop, heat treatment, machining, assembling, quality testing etc. Longteng machinery mainly produce 100% Interchangeable Warman slurry pumps and spare parts, such as Cr27 alloy A05 casting parts, slurry pump, dredging pump, gravel pump, submersible pump, rubber pump and spare parts.
Vertical Slurry Pump
LSP,LSPR pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pump that in liquid to handle abrasive ,large particle high concentration slurries. It can operate normally without shaft gland and shaft gland water, even lack of intake. SP pump body is made form hard-wearing metal, the impeller is made from wear-resistant metal or rubber and polyurethane. Submerged parts of the SPR pump coated rubber for transportation corrosive slurry. This type pump is suitable for mining, chemical treatment, waste water treatment, gravel and general process application. Type SG(SGH) sand gravel pumps are a single casing pump connected to the cassette shell structure, with wide wet passage.This sand pump wet parts are made of Ni hard and high chrome abrasion resistance alloys material.The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360 degree.
