Classification
Vertical Sump Slurry Pump – SV
The Vertical Sump Slurry Pump – SV is a cantilever-type vertical centrifugal slurry pump designed for continuous handling of abrasive and high-density slurry in sump and pit applications. The vertical arrangement allows the pump to operate directly in the sump without submerged bearings or a conventional gland water system, making it suitable for applications where conventional horizontal pump suction arrangements are difficult to maintain. The SV configuration uses wear-resistant metal wet-end components for abrasive-duty slurry handling and incorporates a double-suction impeller to help reduce axial loading. The pump is suitable for mining, coal washing, mineral processing, metallurgy, sand and gravel handling, and industrial processes involving solid-containing liquids. Its modular bearing assembly and accessible structure also simplify inspection and routine maintenance.
Rubber Lined Vertical Slurry Pump – SVR
The Rubber Lined Vertical Slurry Pump – SVR Series is an elastomer-lined vertical centrifugal slurry pump designed for handling abrasive and corrosive slurry in sump and pit applications. Its cantilever vertical structure allows the pump to operate without a submerged bearing or conventional gland water system. The SVR configuration uses elastomer-lined wetted components to provide resistance to corrosive media while maintaining suitable wear performance for slurry containing solid particles. It is suitable for chemical processing, acidic wastewater, fertilizer and chemical industries, mineral processing with corrosive media, and other industrial applications involving abrasive or chemically aggressive slurry. Compared with the metal SV configuration, the SVR Series is intended for applications where rubber or elastomer lining provides a more suitable material solution.
