PU cover plate liner is a key wet-end protective component installed on the cover plate side of slurry pumps.
It is designed to absorb abrasion and impact from high-speed slurry flow, protecting the pump casing from direct wear.
This part is widely used in mining, tailings transport, coal washing, and mineral processing industries.
Compared with rubber materials, PU (SU01) provides higher mechanical strength and better performance in medium abrasive conditions.
