Longteng slurry pump rubber wet-end parts are designed with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for acidic and abrasive working conditions.
The rubber back liner (also called cover plate liner) is installed on the cover plate side of the slurry pump. It works as a protective wear part to reduce direct abrasion from slurry and prolong the service life of the pump casing.
These rubber spare parts are widely used in mining tailings, mineral processing, coal washing, and other applications where slurry contains fine particles and non-sharp solids.
The replaceable wet-end parts include:
Impeller, Cover Plate Liner (Back Liner), Frame Plate Liner, Throat Bushing, and Frame Plate Liner Insert.
Rubber materials are manufactured from Natural Rubber and special compounds such as SR26, SR55, SR33, and other customized formulas according to working conditions. These materials ensure excellent performance including wear resistance, chemical resistance, waterproof performance, and temperature resistance from -40°C to 75°C.
